Following are specific documents of every application I wish to examine:

1.      Document by which you assigned every application to one of the Court’s Sections

2.      Document, by which the President of the Section designated a judge, who will examine it as the Judge Rapporteur.

3.      Report of the Judge Rapporteur.

4.      Standpoint of the Czech Republic, if any.

5.      Decision of the Committee and especially justification of that decision.

I am asking you to secure my access to those documents as an applicant or a representative and not as the public. For that reason I am asking you to secure my access to documents not only deposited with the Re-gistrar (Article 40 § 2 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Free-doms), but also to all documents related to all applications, which are in the possession of the Court.

To view all these documents I will arrive on Friday, March 5 at 8:30 A.M. I am asking for an advance notification about my free access to all documents to be secured for that particular time.
